Our story
Fontana's Home for European Auto Repair
At John's Auto Repair, we focus on what we know best: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and MINI Cooper vehicles. Located on Ceres Ave in Fontana, we give European car owners a shop that understands the electronics, engineering, and quirks their dealership technicians see every day. We walk every customer through a detailed, written explanation of what we find and what we recommend, then let them decide how to move forward. That approach has earned us a 4.5-star rating across more than 90 Google reviews, and long-standing relationships with drivers who bring us their whole family's cars. We're open six days a week, Monday through Saturday, so you can get your BMW, Mercedes, or MINI back on the road without losing your whole weekend.

What customers say
“John's Auto Repair was recommended to me by my Brother In-Law and I am very glad it was. He has been their mechanic and friend for over 20 years. Now he will be my mechanic for many years to come. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy on BMW cars. Brought my 2011 528i by tow truck and got it back very next day ready to drive home. Happy with price and service provided.”
“John's been very helpful, fast and honest! They fixed the radiator leak and my headlight that was damaged by water. I would definitely come back to them for my Mercedes Benz to be serviced. Thank you again!”
“I'm very satisfied with John's honesty and punctuality. Turned my nightmare into sunshine in 1 day with my BMW 335i.”
